This summer has been crazy. One of the busiest that I remember. Now that things have settled down in our family, I have decided to move forward with all (really just some) of the things I have been putting on hold.
I don't know if I will be able to get everything completed before the boys go back to school, but I sure am going to get rolling.
The people who know me really well, know that I love to share my new "things". Such as Dave Ramsey, Body for Life, Scrapbooking, Couponing, and of course sports and raising two boys and loving thier daddy!
I want this site to be a place where I can share what we are going through and how they are working. It is a long journey, and the only way I have made it is by learning from those who have gone before me. The only problem is that I wish I would have listened when I was younger. I would be in a much better place today if I had.
I have had a blog before and tracked my weight loss progress, but I was too afraid to share it. This time I am going to be bold. I am doing it to help others.
My biggest challenge now is finding quick meals that are healthy. I found a website that does meal planning for people and I love it and will recommend it. I want to offer a plan for those like me who struggle with their weight and health and time....(Don't we all?)
That is going to be my main focus. I hope to offer some help and encouragement to others walking a similar path as mine.
